Pretty sure you can apply at any dealership and apply as a courtesy driver. Don't know how often they hire as I always see retired people driving for them. I really doubt they would pay under the table unless it was some sketchy dealership. If you want cash jobs you may want to try delivering pizzas and work for tips.
