Just wondering what the going rate is for a serviced lot in Brandon.

I bet they are close to Winnipeg prices, or at least Steinbach.

Up here in Dauphin, they "list" around $15,000 in older parts of town. They never sell, oddly enough. The older parts of town are actually pretty good.

You'd be incredibly lucky to get a pre-serviced lot in Brandon. More likely an unserviced lot with a requirement to build a specific style house (from J & G Homes likely). Or a package that includes the home, lot and servicing for X dollars.

You would have a hard time finding a lot in Brandon zoned residential for sale that is not serviced. Typically it is a requirement for the developer to have the services run to the front of the lot.

That being said the going price appears to be 100k give or take depending on size and location.
