Hello , looking for advice for a lawyer with experience in WCB cases

I don't know who exactly to contact but I recommend Patterson's. Give them a call and see if someone there can help.  
 
We have been dealing with WCB as well and what a joke! Seems you have to fight for everything. They certainly aren't there to help the worker.

got that right , they do not want to help and the left hand don't seem to know what the right hand is doing - or so they present themselves.

Try finding a workers advocate because a good lawyer told me 10 lawyers can stand up and say there's something wrong with you and it holds no weight they aren't doctors, I had an advocate out of Winnipeg a few years ago that helped me out for reasonable money pretty much just covered her travel expenses with my screwed up claim but she has moved out of province these people might be able to find you one http://mb.211.ca/program-at-site/worker-advisor-office-at-winnipeg-office/ they could steer you in the right direction

It has nothing to do with medical issues - no doctor opinion or anything medical - more like they seem to lose or are unwilling to present documents to a claim sort of thing.
