I have been going to parties before this year, and I am worn out of those. So what new year plans does everyone have who are at home? Just thinking of ideas to make it special even while being at home.

If you're tired of the old, make a new tradition!  
The first year my husband and I were dating, we had been having supper then just visiting at his house, watching Shrek on TV. We then went to a house party and couldn't get a cab when we wanted to come home shortly after midnight, so we didn't get home until 4am! We were tired and hungover the next day, and wished we had just stayed home and watched the ending of Shrek.  
So every year we have been together since (I worked some new years eves so wasn't home), we get Chinese food for supper, each have a glass of wine, and watch stupid or funny movies. This year we watched Captain Underpants, and are now headed to bed!
