Skating Oval

So tonight the family headed down to the skating oval to take in some of the more mild weather. We had a great time, but I was just curious about one thing, the warming and dressing room shacks were locked. Any idea when these will be open. They had benches by the fire pits that worked great but my little one got a bit cold and it would have been nice to go warm up for a bit.
