Skating oval.

Im not trying to start anything here, but i was at the oval today, and there were dogs EVERYWHERE on it. Personally I dont think a dog should be on a rink, someone could easily skate over its paw! OUCH!, also the amount of kids who just laid on the ice while there parents talked to their friends/took pictures/left them just laying their/ etc. I think this is kinda rude. I know that people should be watching where there going ect, but people also should have respect and make it so people can actually skate!
