Christmas ornament vendor help

Looking for the lady who has a vendor every year at the "big one craft sale", with the Christmas tree ornaments. They are toys/characters on top of pine cones with the year on the back and customized names on the front . If anyone knows her name or how I would contact her that would be great!!
