Why do we not have CBC TV

I don't understand why this is not an easy fix. We get the French CBC, over the air why not the English. CKX is gone. We should have the main CBC.
It's amazing with all discussions of Canadian content and regulatory boards we don't even get the CBC. All that money for Canadiana is gone. It's amazing how some little Moose Jerky town way up north gets CBC (not cable or sat we've already and continue to pay for this) but Brandon and area nothing.
Who can we talk to , inquire or e-mail about this ?
