What to wear to my wedding

Alright...any advice would be awesome! Im getting married oct 10 this year and I still don't have anything to wear...... I'm not small at all so things ive tried on are either to small or too big.(pants) And I'm getting so fusterated...does it matter what I'm going to wear? It's a small wedding of the JP, bride, groom..and witnessess. the groom will be wearing dress pants and nice button up black shirt....and me? have no idea. Like I said I'm not small...I'm between 16-16W I guess. So anyone have any ideas on what I could wear that isn't expensive?
