Been separated since Feb 2019. A year or so ex wife served me with divorce papers. Went thru everything, got child support all figured out (which I am paying), my lawyer and myself signed all the papers and when it came time for her to sign she didn’t. No clue why. My question is because we’ve been separated for so long can a judge just grant a divorce. Especially since everything is basically done. I feel this was really a waste of my time and money (for lawyer) cuz she didn’t sign
