Wedding Presentation...How Much?

Ok so I have a tonne of weddings this summer and I need some help here.
I pretty much get the consensus from others that I have asked that when you are invited to a wedding and you attend that you should give the cost of your meal plus $100 as presentation.
Question #1...does that sound about right to all of you?
Question #2...I am invited to a wedding of some sorta close friends...we hang out with them because they are friends of friends...we aren't going to the wedding (because I have my best friend's the same weekend) so...how much money do we give?
Question #3...I am also invited to a wedding of someone who is really only an acquaintance (sp?) and we are not going to that one either (too far away) so how much do we send for that one?
Yeesh...this is all to complicated!
