Why is there so little news from the WK rookie camp? The team needs to connect better with the fans by posting highlights, interviews, stories etc.during training camp on their website. If you check other teams sites they are far more informative. C'mon guys get your act together and help your fans out and generate some interest in the team.

You are on Facebook their page has had several updates in the last few days. If not I'm not sure where else you could find updates. They are supposed to be getting a new App but I don't believe it's up and running yet

I guess you have trouble reading. I said they should keep fans informed on their website which is the obvious way to communicate to their fans not in the paper.

I don't have Facebook or twitter and don't get the Brandon Sun. Their website is where I look too.

missing much right now. Main camp begins tomorrow. Other than scrimmages, nothing really newsworthy.

This is by far the poorest coverage I have ever seen,what happened to that so called announcer they hired last year? His twitter account is no longer active that I can see.  
Has anyone seen any of camp? Who is looking sharp and who is looking lost ke they lost a step?  
I have only seen one scrimmage and thought Lewis looked great as did Johnny Hooker and Logan Thompson. Baron Thompson looks like he has taken the summer serious and looks a lot more fit for this season. Other then that I am looking forward to the season to see what this young team can do!!

Why do people gets so concerned over this stuff.. how many people can talk about the same thing over and over about the same players! How many pre-game and post game shows does there need to be. Analysts who can't do anything about it just yap and yap. It's tiring.

This year is the worst coverage of training camp by the Wheatkings and the Voice of the Wheatkings that I can remember. Since Kelly McCrimmon has departed the team is sliding in every area. They are doing very little to generate interest for fans.

Voice of the wheat kings Twitter account definitely still active. He also has a blog with daily posts. Pretty easy stuff to find.

I am sorry I did find his twitter account,there has been no update for four days. When Luber was there we had an update daily on camp including cuts and scoring updates.

I really miss the WK coverage and updates Luber provided. They should bring him back as the teams media reporter.

I am aware that Voice of the Wheatkings has a Twitter account and a blog. That does not mean that the coverage of the camp is good. I realize we were given extraordinary coverage by Leuber. A lot of followers of the BWK are interested in who is in camp, no shows, transactions,releases. The Brandon Sun had some coverage on this. Unless I missed something from the Wheatkings themselves or their Voice I don't believe they covered any of that information.

Please read all the other posters comments carefully and instead of criticizing someone you may see that all posters except you are in agreement that the coverage is poor in comparison to Luber the last number of years.

Coverage might not meet your expectations but there is coverage. Don't be a rude to other posters cause they provide you a couple of sources for coverage.
