Well since I seen a post for the bus lanes and the no left for trucks sign let’s talk about the traffic lights since few seem to understand that.
Traffic lights that are out completely - treat as 4way stop
Lights flashing red and yellow - red is to stop and treat as a stop sign. Yellow is to slow down and proceed with caution
The other day 1st and Kirkcaldy lights were out and traffic was starting to back up because it seemed no one had a clue how to do it.
Been over 20 years since I got my license and that was and is still the law.
Maybe we need retesting every so often so people can refresh themselves on some of the laws or new laws since they were first tested.
