KFC is probably the last place I would have thought to look for a vegetarian option. The restaurant has been locked in a battle with the folks at PETA for years, but it looks like KFC Canada (restaurants in Canada only) have agreed to change their animal treatment policies and add some new items to their menu, including a vegetarian sandwich.

The new menu option is called the KFC Vegetarian Sandwich, it's apparently a faux-chicken sandwich fried up 'KFC Style'. It's getting good reviews so far (
