a 5 gallon pail is a little more than 1/2 bushel and feed barley is running about 4.25 a bushel. But to find cleaned barley this time of year will be the issue. Most barley is reasonably clean when combined so if you don't mind a few odds and ends in the barley-most any farmer that grew barley would like oblige you
