They put up the signs, move your car! because my wonderful neighbour did not my spots do not get plowed. Think these cars should be towed at their expense. We are blessed without a winter parking ban like winnipeg on most streets. Have the courtesy to move your car that one day!

This city will ticket you for everything but snow removal. People don't move their vehicles, plow goes around, then they park in the cleared out area instead. They should be given a scraper and shovel and clear by hand where their vehicle was....or better yet the city grow a pair and ticket and tow people who don't move their vehicle.

Since when did they stop towing . I know when I drove tow truck 11 years ago we were towing cars away like crazy .

An example of this these is a maroon Ford Tempo parked on the 700 block of 6th st. It was sitting there as of yesterday. As indicated about other cars the plow went around it when the street was plowed.  
The car is snow covered , no plates and was plowed around probably at least over a week ago. It is on a major street and bus route. Many of the city vehicles get gas a block away including police and I assume by-law enforcment officers. This vehicle scream fine me but there it sits.  
 
Just a suggestion if the city want people to follow by-laws then fine those that don't and send a message to those that do that fines for them is just a matter of time.  
 
If by-law enforcment ( other than animal control) does not make double the income in fines it cost to run it then it should be farmed out to a independent company to enforce the by-laws that the city council voted to put in to place. By laws without enforcement are just guidelines !!

By-law will ticket but first you need to call and complain. Just call and complain about the car that hasn’t moved. They will come ticket it.  
 
And signs for plowing? Where does this happen?!? I live on 10th East and we do not get signs before plowing. It’s super irritating because I don’t have a driveway or back lane. I have to park on the street. I’d love some notice of when they are coming so I could park elsewhere and have the front of my house properly plowed. I’ve lived here 6 years and we’ve never gotten signs posted before a plowing.

Yup ours was done this morning...2 cars were not moved..plow went by. And about 15 minutes later they go and back those 2 cars up into there neighbors cleaned spots..some f...king people

How about those plow drivers. They aren’t angels either. When we got that big snowfall I was outside shoveling for 2 hours. I shoveled where my car parks on the street so I didn’t have a bunch of snow around it. My vehicle wasn’t in its spot when the plow came around (I was at work) and the plow drivers put the biggest mound of show right in front of my house right where my car parts. Talk about disrespectful!!! I took the time to clear the snow there and they do that. Now I can’t park in front of my home. I called the city and they haven’t done anything about it

Honestly, I thought this would be a bigger problem in front of our house but people have moved their vehicles and the plow has even made some cuts in the bank so you dont walk through deep snow to get to the sidewalk. Pleasantly surprised so far with how its been cleared, at least in front of our place, the side streets where people park on both sides are a bit of a different story but what can you expect to get cleared when there is barely enough room to get a car down the middle never mind a plow.

My street was signed yesterday and plowed today, the one car that wasn't move was ticketed.
