Ok, so I had a new hard drive installed and everything works ok except for one thing. My pc is shut off, I turn it on and everything starts running properly etc.. I click on outlook to bring up my email and the minute I start to type my password, everything freezes up.. nothing types, cant use mouse, cant hit start menu on keyboard. I have to shut down by hitting the power button. Now, when it comes back up, I have to use my mouse to go to restart and shut it down again this way and then when it comes up, all keys are fine and nothing gets locked or froze! I just dont understand why its doing this, had done it ever since I brought it home from repair store but was so annoyed with them that I refused to take it back there.. Was afraid he would mess something else up... so anyway, any suggestions from my computer gifted ebrandoners???
