I'm just wondering for any hiring managers out there, what do you look for in a resume or potential employees? What sets them apart from one another? Do you prefer cover letters? After interviewing, is it better to call for a follow up or not & how soon is too soon? Just any general information that could help people find employment and possibly make it a bit easier for them.
