Need a loud door bell sound any suggestions ?

Have an electrician hookup a flashing light that operates when door bell sounds

I am quite deaf. I do not have a doorbell because I can not hear it. Life is quiet.  
Have always had a dog. They are great. Can be a bit noisy at times when someone comes to the door. But it does work great. I have a young pup and is rather excited when some one knocks. But it will take time for him to learn. Have a message posted on my door that pup is just learning . working great. Dogs are perfect to get out and walk.

Ever since I got my Oma an iPhone, she loves it! So i also purchased her a door bell that connects to her iPhone so she doesn’t miss the door. It gives her a notification anytime someone is there, she can even get a video view of who is at the door for safety reasons, and decide if she wants to use up her energy answering it or not. If this individual has a cellphone they enjoy I highly recommend it.  
Second recommendation is a dog

Go to Amazon and type in "doorbell for deaf" and doorbells (both wireless and wired) will pop up with ratings, options for volume, lights, up to 36 sounds.  
Check out the reviews, go for one with lots of recommendations.

I know everyone is about "shop local", but I don't know if Brandon has anything that would meet your requirements while meeting your budget. Besides, shopping online does support the postal workers and businesses too.

Sometimes you just can't find what you need local.  
 
But I would try calling the local home care/mobility supply stores to see if they got anything.
