Seems people dont care at all  
Heres walmarts and they sure do not follow this

I waa in Walmart today and there were tons of families in the store..Stores are becoming too relaxed again.

Canadian tire is the same. Sign clearly states 1 person per family. Yet you have a full family going in. They even have workers there making sure you wash your hands. But they do not stop mutliple people from enetering!

For there to be 2 parents shopping with children. In that situation, with the current social distancing protocols, 1 of them should stay home with the kids. I see absolutely no scenario where a whole family needs to go shopping together.

with jm3030. The point of "one parent" - implying that kids are allowed - is to recognize that single parents really have no choice. But if there are two parents, then one should stay home with the kids. If the shopping is something for the kids, then one parent, take the kids (or ideally, one kid at a time) just for that trip. But taking the kids should not be the norm yet for everyday shopping. We're far from over this.

With the increase in gatherings to come in near future. I expect those signs to be taken down, or atleast be modified to emphasise on social distancing only.

2nd wave wont happen until Canada/USA border opens up.

stores are trying to discourage mass traffic in their places. COOP suspended their 10% family discount day as per their signage outside. I don't get any deals from CT for their reward program.  
Only SDM, Superstore and Walmart are still pushing their sales hard.  
The best stores that I have been shopping at are in no particular order, Giant Tiger, Dollarama, COOP and Sobeys. Oh and Canadian Tire too.  
I have only been in Superstore twice since covid reared it's ugly head, forget Walmart!  
I guess we will see what happens over this week with the number of cases and over the week after and so on.

Some people cannot wait to criticize and the go on social media and blabber away, are you wanting to live in a bubble,I’m at Walmart plenty and it’s working just fine so far

Let's hope Manitoba doesn't get slammed with covid like Ontario and Quebec has been.

I want to limit mine/my families exposure to others as much as possible until there is a proven vaccine or at the very least proven effective treatment for when we do end up getting sick. For the stores that myself or significant other have to go in I want to have my space respected the same as I will respect yours.  
 
It's a shame as I have had numerous people come right up to me to as if covid never has/currently is spreading thru our community under the radar. It's a shame that the acts of a selfish few will undoubtedly result in the tightening of store rules again. It's a classic tale of give them an inch they will take a mile. Toronto park over the weekend is a perfect example.  
 
That's the end of that rant that kinda trailed off to another issue...

Just plain scary, how many people don't take this pandamic seriously; Because Manitoba impiemented caution early enough, our numbers aren't too high; so lets do our part and keep it that way.  
An ounce of prevention, is worth a pound of cure.
