Wondering if someone knows the answer - my switch in my bathroom broke, the button that you push in to turn the 20 minute switch on, broke off inside so I bought new ones from the plumbing wholesale and they are a Venmar switch. The current ones I have are just a no name switch. I cannot seem to get the new ones to work I have tried every combination. Any ideas why? Do I need to just get a no name universal switch? The venmar ones say compatible with anything but having no luck.
