Housing Program

Deadline ended a couple of months ago but this program gets approved by the city once a year. You need to fill out an application if you are eligible (income, dependents, etc) and once approved, you attend a class and go to the bank for a pre-approval mortgage. Con is you cannot move out until ten years is up (unless you want to pay it back) Pro is your down-payment and fees are paid for and you have a home! Good luck
