I would think a any pharmacy would carry them or order one in for you, if all else fails Amazon? It's been quite a number of years since I bought one but it was just at a local pharmacy or Walmart where I purchased mine.

If you don't find anything, try contacting Serena Manitoba in Winnipeg. I think on Cornish Street. I got mine there years (and years) ago when I did my NFP training through them. Maybe they can sell you one and mail it out.
