Lighting for crafting projects ?

What kind of lighting do you find works well when doing sewing , knitting , puzzles etc that the lamps , lights do not get super hot sometimes you maybe working at project several hours .

Craft lighting

I like the Ottlite brand of craft lights. You can find a variety on the Michaels craft store website. I do not know which of the different lights they have in the store as in the past they have had both the table and standing lights. They are not cheap but well worth the price in my opinion.

I totally agree with Ottlites. I use one in my sewing room, and we got one for my mom for reading and knitting.

I have two of these and love them. The floor stand I got years ago at Michaels. The desk top one I got last fall at Costco. I haven’t seen it in the store this year but may still be available online?
