I'm asking for recommendations about men's electric razors - do you like what you are using, would you buy it again, does your razor have rotating circular cutters or is it a foil type razor?  
 
I don't have a beard or mustache - hairs on my chin are rather coarse. I definitely won't be shaving in the shower.  
 
A very long time ago I used a razor with 2 rotating cutters (may have been Phillips) - it was ok but took a long time to shave. Also at some point I used a Remington foil shaver - also ok but eventually had to throw it out as I could no longer buy replacement foil for the head. Then I used a Braun which was probably the best of the 3 - eventually threw it out as replacement foil was no longer available. Foil for the Remington and Braun usually lasted no more than 6 months before needing replacement.  
 
I've been using Bic (2 blade) disposable razors for at least 15 years and am now considering another electric razor. I've looked on numerous websites for recommendations and cost but would really like to know your recommendations.

That's an excellent suggestion - I have never been there but I see on their website that they do sell electric razors and I would likely be able to get some useful information and recommendations from the staff. I did talk to a "clerk" at a couple of the chain stores and they had nothing useful to tell me (they stock shelves and aren't product advisors of course) and I often wonder about the reviews for certain products as some of them are collected as part of a promotion and are usually slanted.

If you can find yourself a Conair electric shaver (also came with hair cutting tools, but I only used them once. My lack of skills ended up producing hideous results LOL), buy it.  
 
I bought one on clearance years ago at shoppers (has to be close to, if not over 5 years ago!) and it was the best shaver I've ever had. I only found out when it wore out and the 2 I've since bought on Amazon were trash in comparison.  
 
If I knew where to get a Conair (haven't done much searching around town, really), i'de switch back in a heartbeat. The one I had required batteries. If they make a rechargeable unit now . . . even better!
