how much would you pay a driver to drive a van from Neepawa out to Pipestone ?

Is it a one way trip, if so who is bringing the driver back?  
Who pays for fuel?  
Is the driver providing the vehicle?  
Will there be loading / unloading ?  
The journey is around 1¾ hours each way, so $25 an hour plus wait time plus fuel plus wear and tear on vehicle if driver provides same. I'd reckon on about $150, depending on the answers to the above questions.

I used to get $ 500. plus bus fare back, and 3 meals, gas was owner's responsibility 20years ago for delivering vehicles from Brandon to Regina, $ 300. plus two meals to Winnipeg ......

This is going to take almost the whole day depending how long it takes to unload/load.  
 
plus has to have meals provided and that's not a homemade sandwich in a bag. Or at least pay for 3 meals which are usually allowed $15 for each one.  
 
as you are providing gas and vehicle you won't have to pay mileage. Except for them to get to Neepawa from their home (would also have to pay for that time back and forth.  
 
as there is no buses. There is the journey back to be paid to the driver.  
 
I hope you have air conditioning or there would be no way I and many would consider this in this heat. Which thinking again, water bottles provided in car for the journey.
