My voting location is the MNP room which is on the main concourse at the Keystone Centre - it would be very difficult for many of us with mobility problems to walk up the outside and inside ramp to get to this room.  
 
I think there is an elevator to access the main concourse somewhere on the west side of the Keystone Centre but I have no idea where it is - do I access the elevator by walking through the Canad Inn or is there a separate door leading to this elevator somewhere on the west side of the building.  
 
I would appreciate your answer - please give me a detailed answer (as much as possible).

Keystone website is not showing an access route to the elevator without stairs being in the way.  
I would suggest you 'phone or email the venue and ask how to get to the lift in a wheelchair or without using stairs.  
The website is not very good with the maps and irritating with the flashing symbols.  
Why the local electoral body has chosen such a ludicrous site will no doubt remain a mystery.

You come in the east entrance (Entrance A), go down the ramp, and it's on the right hand side of the hallway.

come in through Canad Inn by the Roadhouse. There is an elevator there and no stairs or steep ramp to get to it.

and they confirmed that there is an elevator near the Roadhouse which would take me to the 2nd floor and then there is a hallway leading to the main concourse but those hallway doors are locked (and will remain locked) as there has apparently been too much "bad behavior" (whatever that means) in that hallway.  
 
So, I finally called the Keystone and they said I need to come in Entrance E on the westside and there is an elevator just inside which will take me to the main concourse - so will drive there in the next few days and see if I can find it.  
 
Definitely a very poor location for a voting area - did Elections Canada consider the unused Sobeys building beside Staples or the Legion. Plus I didn't want an election at this time. Thumbs down to Election Canada for choosing this location.

It sounds like voting is nothing but a hassle for you. Why not just register for the online voting service and then you won't even have to leave your house...

at the Keystone will be to walk up the outside and inside ramp - all other access doors are locked and will remain locked according to the Keystone Centre.  
 
So, we've requested a mail-in ballot. I suppose many seniors and others with mobility issues will be doing likewise - just a terrible voting location.

As of the middle of next week (Sept 8 apparently) Elections Canada will have ballots with the candidates names on the ballots and we can vote at the Elections Canada location at 144 - 6th St (old Western Medical Clinic) - just talked with them and they suggest that this is a better option than a mail-in ballot and their location is easy to access - so guess I've found the ideal solution.

I phoned Elections Canada as well and I will be going to vote at there Office at 144 - 6th St. We all have the right to vote .

It's unreal to me that this user has been given a handful of answers to this question, and pretty specific instructions on how to access the voting location, but still had enough indignant outrage to write to Sound Off.

I have mobility problems and I voted at the old Western Medical Clinic location (6th and Princess). Main level, no stairs no steps no elevator. It is a well kept secret, you can go there any day, take your voting card, ID as usual. I don't have the phone # or the exact times, but after 10 you should be good. That is every day (except Sunday). I found out when I phoned the # on my voter's card for them to mail me a ballot and then they told me about being able to vote every day. FYI sorry I don't have more info. on the location, but call that # on your card and ask about it.

last Friday and it was a far more accessible place than going to the Keystone Centre - there was a steady stream of people coming to vote - they also told us that we could fill out a "transfer of voting location" form and could vote at the Clarion hotel but why would we do that since we were at the Elections Canada office ready to mark our ballots - apparently this "transfer of voting location" form isn't common knowledge according to the workers at the Elections Canada office.  
 
Noticed on various newscasts that the number of voting locations in every riding is far fewer than in previous elections due to not being able to use schools or churches as voting locations.  
 
Wish we could see the light at the end of the tunnel for this pandemic to be over. Definitely going to get a 3rd vaccine shot as we are both immune compromised.
