Looking for a physical copy .  
yes I could buy one online no credit card  
yes I could print off no printer  
I contacted game store only come with board .  
any thoughts as to where I could maybe find a copy?

Been a while since I played but general rules we played by were your rock had to be flicked from on the line, but you could move it left or right within the boundary of your sector.  
 
If you didn't hit an enemy rock that's in play on the board your rock was removed.  
 
Bouncing off a peg and hitting a rock was allowed , also if you hit a friendly one into the enemy one that counted with us.  
 
Scoring was if rock touched the line it went back to that box, so if it was on the line between 10 and 15 it counted as 10.
