Are they any good for plus size people ? it would get used as main sleeping bed ,  
are they easy to get up flights of stairs ?  
where did you get yours ? Brandon store

A day bed is just a frame type. Like any bed it will only be as good as the mattress you put on it. The wire/metal base of the bed is very stiff.  
The bed it’s self would come in parts that would be easy to get upstairs and assemble on site. If the bed comes with a trundle, that might be a little more difficult to manoeuvre. They are cumbersome and heavy.  
As a bigger person, I have slept on one, but would not sleep on it long term without a better mattress selection. It’s all about the mattress.  
I bought mine many years ago from a local furniture store. Do not know current prices.
