Hi,
I am looking into becoming an EA. I have a fairly good understanding of the training and the job, but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me about the practical side of the job. How do the benefits work? I know most are 10 month positions to align with the school year, so it's quite different from my previous career where you get a certain amount of vacation days per year, certain amount of sick leave, FRL, health coverage, etc.
Can anyone please help me out on this? Thanks so much for any info!
