New classified category: Lost & Found merchandise

Thanks to a suggestion from eBrandon member Bob S, a new classified category has been created under merchandise for general lost & found items. We have had a category with the same name under pets that was getting used the odd time for merchandise and I thought that it made perfect sense to give folks on both sides of losing/finding a better chance of finding each other.
