Re-listing an ad: Am I wrong?!

So I listed my dog in the classifieds wanting to sell her... I got a few responses, yet no one made any payments or anything to show genuine interest, so I re-listed the advertisement. Soon after, I get an e-mail from an angry guy saying that his mother was disappointed and blah blah blah, so I told him that my daughter (who is 5 months old) has allergies and I need to get rid of her asap. He responds saying that hes reporting me for a false ad and that im a con? Am I wrong to re-list when no one has shown genuine interest?
