Internet Connection

Anyone else on dial up having problems connecting to the internet with MTS?
When I try in the morning or the afternoon no problem, but when I try at night it takes several re dial attempts?
What gives??
Computer runs fine, fully updated with an internet security, Microsoft is also updated and nothing else is really running in the background.
Any suggestions?
