The Big Heavy Marketing Door into Brandon,

Yup, once again I am back and asking for some advice. Books sales have been going extremely well in the Hartney/Souris (touching a bit into Oak Lake and Reston) areas, and I have sold almost 200. I have spent about $75 printing out first chapters and "business" cards and in these smaller communities it seems to be a great help. I was at a trade show fund raiser in the city and gave out many of both but I am still having a hard time getting to first base in Brandon. Maybe I should call it second base, as I did set up an interview with Karen Chrest on the Noon Show. She seems very nice and although I am somewhat nervous about it, I am looking forward to it. I was hoping to have some pre-Christmas book signings to help get my book off the ground in the city and have one set up for a couple of hours at the bookstore where "New Beginnings" is available. Unfortunately there is no book reviewer for the Brandon Sun and I think that has slowed me down the most.
1. Do you have any suggestions of a location or two that would be happy to have a booksigning before Christmas (after Dec 5 when the interview will be airred)?
2. Where would be the most reasonable priced places to advertise (of course you don't have to mention e-Brandon, it is first on my list

)in Brandon?
