Just driving into Brandon from the south on Hwy #10 - noticed a few billboards are awfully rundown. Kudos to some nicer maintained ones like Radics and Remingtons. Other ones are in bad, bad shape...  
 
There is one in particular that has just as many bare spots as it does painted areas. It's ready to fall down and has all kinds of holes in it. It's a disaster.  
 
I won't name the restaurant as i'm a big fan of this joint. It's a very busy higher end restaurant that has been around for a long, long time. It likely doesn't need the sign anyway. If they won't fix it, they should tear it down - it's a real blight.  
 
Again, I won't name the biz, but you'd think they'd put more "stake" in their billboard image.  
 
(almost as bad as businesses that fly tattered Canadian flags)
