Merry Christmas OR Happy Holidays???!!!

So..I send out about 125 cards to clients each year. I have no idea which ones believe in Christmas and which ones don't.
Do I write "Merry Christmas", "Happy Holidays" or some other line to basically tell them to have a good time on and around Dec 25th?
What are your thoughts?
