Taking Cdn Tire Money at par in the classifieds

Just thought I'd point out something that one seller has started doing in the classifieds.
On ads such as this one:

The seller has offered to take either cash *or* Canadian Tire Money at par in exchange for what they're selling.
From the seller side of things, a great way to make it easier for someone to buy your stuff..... and for the buyer, a great way to clean out that glove compartment full of Cdn Tire Money!
