Anyone else find the customer support for our local utilities more than lacking?
Just got off the phone with MB Hydro, and quite frankly if i had another option i'd never deal with them again.
Same deal with MTS, and Westman Communications. You wait on hold forever, after navigating a robotic maze of digit pushing, only to be transfered to someone who can't help you.
Im pretty sick of it, its what caused my switch to Virgin Mobile, Who by the way rock at customer service, i would encourage our local utilities to buy a virgin phone, call them up, and see how to treat people.
Ugghhh.. i just cant abide bad customer service skills.. I really can't. Maybe my standards are too high because i work in a business where customer service is the name of the game, but if after 5 minutes of talking to someone useless over a very blatant error (which apparently i have to go to the building to sort out... when they are ready to come back to work... :S) I am ready to vent to a bunch of people i dont even know, then yeah, you ^&*$%&$ suck
