I am having problems convincing my self that I am using this much water. I moved into a house by my self and the first water bill was $112 which I thought was high considering it is just me. I called the city and they told me to check the meter and check it again in an hour to make sure is hasnt moved. It never moved. Now I just got my new bill and I havent been living at the house for the last 3 months and it is $70. Just curious what other people think? Is there a minimum charge? Keep in mind it is just 1 person so not much water is being used. Or so I thought. The city wasnt much help all they said to do was check the meter. Help
