Your not invisible while driving your vechicle

Today we were driving into the correl centre to do some shopping and we met a car with a person "diggin for gold"... this is not the first time we have saw this, while driving out and about, wouldn't it be just as easy to use a kleenex, and less gross for the rest of us? How do we teach the young ones of today that it is not appropriate to pick your nose?
