Here's how we do it: a teacher in San Diego selling ads on his exams to cover the costs of printing them, and to cover other school costs. The "business venture raises money for the school and is entertaining for the kids, say students. Parents and administrators are praising the teacher involved, Tom Farber.  
He hopes the measure isn't permanent, saying that governments must do more to help educators provide what students need.
