MTS Texting Messaging now in Mexico!

I opened up my monthly bill from MTS and an advertisement falls out saying you can now send and receive text messages while in Mexico. It costs you .20 cents a message or if you have an unlimited text package they are included for free. Also says they now have voice and data roaming as well. Nice to see MTS doing things. Bet Rogers can't
Can't even making a phone call on the Trans Canada....
