That some of you out there are so neive as to think that putting people in jail for smoking pot is worth while. One person in jail costs something to the tune of about 130000 dollars a year. More than the majority of the population make/year. How many times have you heard of someone smoking a joint and going out to rob a bank, or driving twice the speed limit and crashing killing people? I am sure your going to have to think for quite a while to fins a case.  
All of the tax money that the government makes off alcohol which is legal, could not pay for all the damage that has been done to family's that have lost loved ones due to fatal drinking and driving accidents. How many woman have been beaten because their spouse was drunk? How often do bar fights happen? Every night? Why. Because of a substance that is legal to possess that makes one react in a manner that they can't control at the time of being drunk. But it's legal so it's fine I guess to do these things. How many people die from drunken incidents and Why? Just because someone was drunk and thought the need to fight for no reason and someone ends up getting stabbed. Makes sense cause it's legal right. But the government does not really care they make their money off it.  
I myself can say that I do smoke and drink. I know the difference of what the effects are on me at the time of doing these things. I can say there has been times in my early years when drunk I felt like fighting just because i was drunk. NO REAL REASON. Just what alcohol can do. I can say that i have never smoked a joint and felt like doing this. NEVER. The most of all you drink alcohol and feel it's fine to do for it's legal. In the back of your minds though knowing that too much alcohol can make you do anything imaginable. And any of you that drink know this very well. But it's all fine cause it's legal. Go out drink then drive, kill someone on the way home. It happens every day. Everyday. But alcohol is legal and acceptable. So it's accepted by everyone.  
Now for you out there that drink but think that the war on drugs is acceptable you should be put in jail. You are doing a substance that is 99 percent more likely to cause damage to someone than pot or even coke. But it's fine in your mind cause it's legal. It's acceptabe to kill from drinking cause it's legal opposed to smoking a joint and sitting on the couch watching tv hurting nobody. Makes me sick.  
But it makes sense for the government to spend all the money they do to try and prevent people to do drugs when alcohol and smoking cigarettes are the number one killers out there. For all you that think Pot is addicting, your on crack. So many out there that drink also think that pot is bad. You are idiots. Plain and simple.  
 
Where the money needs to go is against these F##K#$G gangs that are out there ruining people. Winnipeg and saskatoon are #1 and 2 in the country for gang related accidents. Brandon unfortunately bing right in the middle of them has a problem of it's own. Let's not worry about that though. Let's spend over 1oo grand a year to put a pot smoker in jail and let the gangs prosper. LOL Too Funny
