I am not sure if anyone else may have had a similar experience but we live around 7th and Richmond and we caught a white male between the ages of 18 and 30 on a silver bike wearing all black and a touque looking in the front and back windows of our residence. He got away but the police were contacted. if anyone else has any info about anything like this post it. His bike is damaged because we managed to slow him down a little bit, but he still got away.
