Boss worried about eBrandon/facebook

According to a new survey, 60% of bosses believe they have a right to know how employees portray themselves and their companies on networks like eBrandon, and facebook.
More Survey Results:
53% of employees say stuff they post should not be a boss's concern.
But 74% of employees admit that using online social networks make it easier to cut down a company's reputation.
Should/could your boss restrict your usage based on concern for rep???
