How to WIN BIG at the Fair?

Ok.....fair time, I always say I won't play the games then always do, and almost always lose. Maybe I'm playing the wrong game. Those ducks in the river never have my magic number.....always small! What games are easiest to win a big prize, and/or what tips do you have to win the big stuffed toy/scooter/prize?
