What to do with my 13 yo neice?

My teenage neice is coming to stay with me for three weeks. She's from a small town with lots of friends and now she'll be thrown into the city, knowing no one. Making it worse, I have to work most of the time that she's here so I won't be able to provide much entertainment. Does anyone have some suggestions on what to do with her? I've called CEYS, the YMCA, and the Service Canada Centre for Youth, and turned up empty handed each time.
