Having computer problem

All of a sudden, I'm having trouble e-mailing pictures from my computer to to another computer. After I've selected the picture size, I press OK and then there's this quick flash of a message being sent top left corner and that's it. I haven't even addressed it yet. Am confused why this happening. Can anyone please help me??
