Does anyone know of any advocates in Manitoba to assist in the red tape and hoops that need to be jumped through in order to finally receive these benefits? I know of one in Saskatchewan but when all was said and done the final bill for this service was $8,000.00. Does anyone help the little guy in Manitoba?
