my baby might be lactose intolerant

i am a new mom and i just recently found out my baby could be lactose intolerant i remembre my mom told me i was when i was a baby, ive been bottle feeding her formula for about 3 weeks now and ever since she has a problem trying to poop sometimes i would give her a suspositories and a minute after a she would push a big one out, it's kinda looks thick greenish bluish and sticky, ive been giving her enfamil A+ (their closest formula to breast milk) what kind of formula should i be giving her?
what do you suggest
